Dr. Barry Boardman, chief economist for the General Assembly's Fiscal Affairs office says last spring's revenue projections for the 2011-2012 fiscal year are close to actual collections.  Through November, revenues are about $100 million ahead.  It's no big Christmas bonus but better than being behind.
