RALEIGH, (SGRToday.com) - The fate of subsidies given to Americans under the Affordable Care Act -- Obamacare -- is now in the hands of the U.S. Supreme Court. Oral arguments in King v. Burwell were held March 4.

The transcript of the arguments, as well as audio, are available at supremecourt.gov.

The decision in King v. Burwell will either uphold or gut a key provision of Obamacare. The case centers on whether residents of states that did not set up state health care exchanges can receive subsidies through the federal exchange. North Carolina, like many states, did not set up a state exchange.

A decision is expect this summer.
