RALEIGH, (SGRToday.com) - A new federal watchdog report says there are a dozen areas of problems with duplicative efforts within the federal government, and another dozen more opportunities to avoid costs or enhance federal revenues.

The 2015 annual report comes from the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO.)
