NASA, OMB & FTC Top Survey Of Federal Employee Engagement Print

RALEIGH, (SGRToday.com) - Federal employees working at three agencies are tied when it comes to being the most satisfied with their supervisors and work experience, according to data from the latest Federal Employment Viewpoint Survey.

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), the Office of Management & Budget (OMB), and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) all posted 78 percent engagement rates.

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) was fourth, at 76 percent, with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) scoring fifth place, with 75 percent.

The lowest mark was given to the Department of Homeland Security, which pulled only 53 percent on the employee engagement scale.
