RALEIGH, (SGRToday.com) - Vice President Joe Biden's wife, Dr. Jill Biden, will deliver the commencement address to graduates of Northern Virginia Community College on May 14.

Dr. Biden has been a full-time English professor at Northern Virginia Community College since 2009.

This will be the seventh time Dr. Biden has delivered a commencement address at a community college.

In 2015, Dr. Biden delivered the commencement address at Central Piedmont Community College in Charlotte.
