RALEIGH, (SGRToday.com) - The prospect of damaging rains and flooding during the first several days of October in North Carolina prompted Gov. Pat McCrory to issue Executive Order No. 80 declaring a state of emergency in the state.
The order has nine sections and signed by both Gov. McCrory and Secretary of State Elaine Marshall.
