RALEIGH, (SGRToday.com) - If the election for seats in the U.S. Congress were held today, Democrats would come out on top. That's the result in the latest survey from Rasmussen Reports.

Data gleaned from likley voters gives Democrat 39 percent of the congressional vote, with Republicans taking 38 percent.

Democrats have led the congressional ballot question for most of 2015, according to Rasmussen, but Republicans had taken the lead for two weeks in a row earlier this month.
