Governor Pat McCrory has conceded the gubernatorial race to Attorney General Roy Cooper.

The governor made the announcement via a video mailed to the new media. In it McCrory listed the accomplishments of his administration including paying off billion dollars of debt as well passing the $2 billion bond issue earlier this year. McCrory ended the video asking for prayers for Roy Cooper as he assumes the state's governorship.
