The state's Insurance Commissioner Wayne Goodwin tells host Barlow Herget that people are still calculating damages from Hurricane Irene, especially agricultural losses, and total losses will be more than $400 million.  Goodwin credits North Carolina's experience with hurricanes for its aggressive public awareness and orderly response.
