Former Environmental Management Commission Chair Steve Smith tells host Barlow Herget the recent legislative session made significant changes to the state's environmental programs starting with the unprecedented firing of all EMC board members.  The new rules will affect air and water quality regulations for hog and poultry wastes, landfills, municipal water and sewer systems, and Jordan Lake clean-up for starters.
